- 1/2 cup outer layer of guava
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp kasmiri red chili powder
- as per taste Salt

- To Make Broccoli Spinach Kebab:- Blanched the broccoli and spinach and keep it aside.
- Heat pan with oil add cumin seeds cook it till gets brown. Add chopped onion, ginger chilli paste. Let it cook. Add green peas and blanched broccoli, Now add turmeric powder, salt and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Cook all vegetables till they are half cooked only. Now switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.
- Take a blender jar. Add the mixture, coriander leaves, add blanched spinach and blend it and make a half crushed paste.
- Now take a mixing bowl. Add the mixture paste. Add boiled grated potato and add grated paneer, roasted gram flour, 2 tbsp bread crumbs. Mix everything well.
- Now apply some oil on your hands and make round and press them to make tikki shape. Roll tikki in a bread crumbs.
- Now heat a pan with oil and shallow fry the kebab both sides.
- To Make Tangy Guava Chutney:- In a pan, take apple cider vinegar and brown sugar and boil then. Add other ingredients and saute for 5 minutes. Cool it. Remove star anise and cinnamon from it. Now take a blender jar and blend it. Tangy Gauva Chutney is ready.
