3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well
4. Mix in the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Alternate with cream. Don't over mix. Fold in apple and nuts. Pour batter into prepared bunt pan and bake for an hour. 5. THE GLAZE. In a pot on top of the stove, melt the butter. Add the sugar and cinnamon,stirring often. When sugar has melted add cream, stir well until the mixture has thickened slightly
